All sales are final.
Because every item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Not liking the color, design, or style
- Ordering the wrong size or product
Refunds or replacements are only offered if an error is made by Inked In Thyme.

Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos
