Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, and often even sooner. Please note that processing times may be longer during the holiday season.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
• Upgraded Shipping: USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout
• Free Shipping: Eligible orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage

Tracking & Transit
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, its transit time and any unforeseen delays are outside of my control. I see the same tracking information that you do, but I’m always happy to help look into any concerns.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours and include photos so I can file a claim with USPS.
USPS does not consider a package lost until 30 days after shipment.
