✔I do not accept returns or exchanges unless a mistake has been made on my end or the item arrives damaged. Since each item is made to order & is personalized, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as changing your mind, deciding against the purchase, or not liking the design after ordering.
For non-personalized items, a return or exchange MAY be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with questions.
